“Dave” is the managing partner of DMJ Services. As an experienced
senior manager and former plant manager with a proven track record in diverse manufacturing processes including refining,
chemicals, natural gas processing and synthetic fuels with an emphasis on implementing new technology at the commercial level.
He has a Bachelors of Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University and has worked towards his MBA at Loyola University.
Over the years he has worked with EOTT, Chevron, Enron, Gulf Oil and Rio Blanco Oil Shale Company.
His accomplishments
include:
· Planned, reorganized and implemented profitable business which prevented site closure and corresponding
environmental cleanup cost. EBITA of new business will exceed 2.2 MM$/y. · Developed new Isobutylene business for
idle assets with EBITA immediate impact of $5.0 MM. · Improved Plant Production from 10 to 17 MB/D without major capital. · Increased
Plant Reliability – 55% to > 90% On-stream Factor. · Introduced & Maintained Concept of Flat O&M Budgets through Increased
Productivity. · Safety record of 10 plus years without lost time accident; reduced Safety Incidents for 7 consecutive
years of < 1.0 Recordable Rate. · Reorganized work staff and reduction of force from 177 to 40 saving of $10MM. · Developed
new isobutylene business for idle assets with EBITA immediate impact of $5.0 MM+. · Managed due diligence process and
led plant through sale activities without interruption to business. · Developed and implemented startup of New Gas
Recovery Section ($75 MM with Actual Return of 28%).
